Day 4

Well its day four already and i must say i was very disappointed when i arrived at the gym last night for my first workout that i was the only one there from the team………where were you all? lol

Today is not going as well as the previous 3 days as i feel as though i am coming down with the 24 hour bug that everyone else seems to have had meaning all i want to eat is chocolate, crisps and sweets. My solution 4 jelly babies…..there’s only 20 calories in each and they relieve me of my sweet tooth!

Other good alternatives to high calorie choclate and sweets are 1 stick of a Time Out as it only 87 calories, a twin KitKat is 107 calories, 4 mini Jammie Dodgers are 88 calories and a small pack of Jelly Tots only have 98 calories.
